**Description**:
The Senior Digital Sales Advisor supports sales activities online and through digital channels which drives sales performance. This may be unassisted, (the sales journey is end to end online), or assisted (the sale starts online, but completes through an alternative channel) and carries out administration activities, enabling sales of products and services direct to the end customers through the Vodafone online channel. The customer base is mostly consumers but may also include some small business, SOHO (small office/home office) and self-employed customers. The Senior Digital Sales Advisor conveys a good understanding of established concepts and procedures in proposition, how the site enables the customer journey and identifies where the site can be optimized in order to maximize conversion rates and drive volume of orders and NPS.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Performs assigned tasks to increase sales growth and increased digital mix for the relevant segments;
- Follows digital sales processes and methodology to support the development of customer loyalty and cross-selling through managing the customer experience;
- Supports the team to deliver activities related to identifying issues and insights through data analysis and interpretation, and provides solutions and hypotheses to test accordingly;
- Interacts with Sales and Marketing colleagues, (including UX/UI Designers and Propositions) to identify opportunities to ensure targets are met both within Sales and Customer Experience and digital selling is developed in line with business objectives;
- Runs reports related to Sales KPIs, forecasting and trending data;
- Helps wider team to track and optimise conversion funnels and identify opportunities for conversion improvement for sales and NPS;
- Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
