Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all registration papers are filled-in properlyPreparing, handling and following-up on waiting listsPreparing reports when assigned.develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitorsspeak with other sales and marketing personnel in their company to determine the best methods of promoting productsdevelop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitorsspeak with other sales and marketing personnel in their company to determine the best methods of promoting productswork on telemarketing campaignsplan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgetsGiving accurate information to clients including (but not limited to) prices, schedules, types of activities, age groups, levels, personal training, packages, etc.Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needsOutgoing sales callsPromoting current and new activities and/or events to current membersPromoting Special classesCross-selling.Handling and following-up ClientsCalling absent clientsCollecting accurate feedback from clients regarding current and/or new activitiesRelating any client complaints and/or suggestions to management
Job QualificationsMinimum of 1 years work experience in the SalesPleasant and outgoing personality.Customer’s service orientated.Must be Committed, Positive and Hardworking.MS Excel and PowerPoint experience is required.Good track record in corporate sales.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken.Ability to develop and deliver presentations.Excellent spoken, written EnglishAbility to write and present reports, prepare graphs and chartsAbility to interact effectively with employees
