**The Job**

This position has the responsibility and accountability for the entire portfolio of projects in the region. This position will have ownership of customer engagement, P&L management, collaboration with our sales and presales teams, pipeline management and forecasting, and capacity planning, all while liaising with the professional services project management, architectural design, functional design and engineering teams to deliver our customer’s projects. This position will lead conversations with our most strategic customers while mentoring and supporting the professional services team in the region. In this position your sales, customer engagement, communication, and team leadership skills are critical to our success.

**The Responsibilities**
- Manage the regional professional services P&L, including forecasting, pipeline management, capacity management, budgeting, and margin optimisation
- Ensure the team is meeting or exceeding key performance metrics, including utilisation, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Build, coach, mentor, and lead a team of project managers, functional architects, engineers and technical architects to deliver our projects for new and existing customers
- Set the tone by fostering teamwork, conveying the client vision, and ensuring the team is adhering to best practices
- Identify risks, assumptions, and mitigation strategies associated with strategic projects and empower project managers to deliver the project
- Provide input to project implementation plans by working with project managers to develop resource plans and optimise resources
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company, including commercial, product and engineering, and operations
- Provide feedback to Iron Mountain stakeholders and team members on customer's need for existing features, future roadmap items, or features developed by your team

**The Person**
- MBA or Master’s degree in, MIS/IT, or related field, _or equivalent experience. Non-traditional and neurodiverse learners and thinkers are welcome_
- 15 plus years in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software delivery, in an external client-facing role, utilising various SDLC methodologies
- 5 plus years in managing Professional Services book of business
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing professional services strategies that drive revenue growth and customer success
- Experience in delivering enterprise software solutions on public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS)
- Relevant experience with delivering digital content management, ECM, DAM, CSP, WCM, LMS platforms
- Written and spoken communication in at least two languages one of which must be English
- Business fluency in English
- Relevant industry experience in one or more of these industries:

- Consumer Products
- Financial services, insurance, or fintech
- Life sciences, pharma, or healthcare
- Entertainment, media, and marketing
- Engineering
- Resource Extraction
- Public Sector
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, including revenue recognition, margin optimisation, and customer success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions deployed within public and private clouds
- Understanding of digital content management such as ECM, DAM, CSP, WCM, LMS systems
