**About The Role**:
As a **Fraud Senior Specialist**, you will be responsible for monitoring of key fraud-related KPIs, allowing for timely updates and enhancements to detection strategies & generating comprehensive weekly and monthly fraud reports for clients, providing clear insights into trends, suspicious behavior, and actionable outcomes.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer transactions to detect and investigate potential fraudulent activities.
- Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly fraud reports to clients, summarizing findings, trends, and key insights.
- Update and maintain the fraud dashboard to ensure it reflects the most current and accurate data.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve fraud detection methods and strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of fraud prevention initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills &Abilities**:

- Familiar with using dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, or similar).
- Proficiency in using MS tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point ).
- Solid understanding of fraud detection techniques and trends.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
