**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers using prepared scripts to introduce company products or services.

2. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive phone outreach.

3. Engage prospective customers in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and preferences.

4. Build and maintain rapport with potential customers to foster long-term relationships.

5. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.

7. Adhere to all telemarketing regulations and compliance standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Persuasive and confident telephone manner.

3. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.

4 B2 to c1 English speaker

5. Time management skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

8. Fresh Graduates, gap years or dropped outs can apply

**Benefits**:

Net Salary 7.5k

Daily and weekly bounces.

Commissions starting from 3k and it's unlimited.
