Here's the offer:

Proper business solutions Is hiring Telemarketers for a real estate account based in the United States, your job is going to be contacting homeowners and asking them if they're interested in selling their properties or not, if they're not interested, you don't have to push or convince them with anything. But if they're interested, you'd need to ask them a few questions about the qualifications of the property itself, and you'll have a target of 2 qualified properties per day.

As for the working hours, it's Monday till Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off, it's fixed

shifts are 9 hours including a 1-hour break

they start either, 5-6

training is 4 days, completely online through zoom or Microsoft Teams, and it's paid like normal working days

The probation period is 6 months and after passing the probation you can apply for promotions

salary:-Junior Agents (6K Basic+ KPIs, Total Salary UP To 14K )

Example: 70 Qualified Leads = 6000 Basic KPIs (9500 EGP) and so on based on Leads

-Senior Agents(8.5K Basic+ KPIs, Total Salary UP To 22K ) with 100 EGP per qualified lead from the first lead after achieving 120 Qualified leads in 2 months(combined).

Requirements:

Internet speed at least 10 MB/s Download and 2 MB/s uploads (Wired with a direct cable from the landline router).
