YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Include but not limited _to_
- Follow up factory is following fabric handling process against LeeWrangler SOP’s. (Fabric _inspection/Color continuity/Wash Blanket/Shade grouping/Shrinkage and distortion/ Pattern grouping)_
- Review pilot run samples against most updated PDM/approved trim card and approved JSS sample and release report._
- Giving adjustment decisions for pattern if there is any measurement discrepancy found at pilot run samples._
- After pilot run approvals given, initiate and conduct PP meeting with all factory _representatives from _Cutting/Fabric/Stores/Sewing/Laundry/Packing_ and Merchandising along with LeeWrangler Wash Tech._
- Giving_ _approvals to_ _go ahead bulk_ _production_ _after_ _pilot run samples approvals._
- Conducting in line for sewing on daily basis and release reports for _improvements._
- Follow up to make sure all standard LeeWrangler SOP’s are in place in each department on daily basis._
- Review and make sure all batches receive from after wash, matches with LeeWrangler washing standards._
- Conduct in line audit for finishing garments on daily _basis._
- Follow up factory use 100% measurements on key 5 points at _finishing._
- Review QIP (Quality Improvement Samples) samples before release to LWHK _office._
- Review CTL (Consumer Testing Lab) samples before release to LWUS _office._
- Follow up factory conduct pre final audit on every _PO._
- Follow up Assign QC program on final audits and conduct shadow audit for every _PO._
- Input final inspection data to the QC system. ( NGC and sPec _)_
- Conduct PQI/CAP follow up audit on monthly basis for _improvements._
- Increase the customer’s satisfaction & retain the customer’s _expectation_
- Prevent the customer’s return due to the quality issue & safety _issue_ _Keep the cross-functional relationship between QA and _MR._ _Working together with Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions in the factory._ _Inspecting production machinery and employees to make sure the production process runs _smoothly_ _Estimating time involved in assuring each product's _quality_ _Meeting project deadlines on assigned quality improvement _projects._ _Assessing whether employees need training to prevent mistakes during _production_ _Suggesting improvements to company infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes during production_ _Communicating with QA manager about existing defects and how to prevent them in future _products_ _Ensure conformity to contractual obligations, government regulations and _law._ _Ensure compliance to ethical _standards_ _Identify potential compliance _risks_

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

- Has wide knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Apparel manufacturing field._
- _ Communicaton_ _and_ _degree of_ _difficulty:_
- Will need to communicate with the merchant teams and production teams within _LWR._
- Difficulty arises from selling his problem solving suggestions with factories and gaining the trust of his internal and external customers._
- Influencial communication skill to convence factory management to resolve day to day inline issues as per LeeWrangler expectation._
- _ Experience 8 years_

- Graduation from any reputed University Textile education will be plus_

- Spend time in inline, identify the production problem and provide the sustainable _solution_
- Communicate and involve factory top lavel management when products are not producing in right way even giving proper solution during inline. Invlove LeeWrangler management also in realtime if it is out of control of QA_
