We are looking for a **MEP Team Leader** - **Engineering C**onsultant**, **Egypt - Nasr City**

Our client is a Saudi-based multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with a design office in Cairo.
They specialize in civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering, offering services such as design, project management, planning, feasibility studies, and construction supervision.
Their focus on innovation, sustainability, and adherence to international standards ensures the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
**Key Accountabilities**
- ** Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers and designers, providing guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle.**:
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within overall building designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and assessments to determine project requirements and ensure compliance with Saudi building codes.
- Develop MEP design concepts and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare detailed MEP design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using industry-standard software, with proficiency in Revit.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and technical documentation from contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide technical expertise during client meetings, presenting project updates, and addressing any MEP-related concerns.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in MEP design and project management, with a focus on mixed-use and towers projects
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- preferred, PMP certification
