We are looking for a **Architect Team Leader** - **Engineering C**onsultant**, **Egypt - Nasr City**

Our client is a Saudi-based multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with a design office in Cairo.

They specialize in civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering, offering services such as design, project management, planning, feasibility studies, and construction supervision.

Their focus on innovation, sustainability, and adherence to international standards ensures the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead architects and ensuring high-quality design and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design concepts and solutions that align with project goals and client expectations.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations, ensuring that all project designs and plans adhere to the requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert architectural and engineering consulting services, and effectively communicating project progress and updates.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members, including architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain design standards, ensure accuracy, and prevent errors throughout the design and construction phases.
- Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, exploring energy-efficient solutions and environmentally friendly materials.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience working on mixed-use and towers projects, with a minimum of 7 years experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Revit, with a portfolio showcasing previous Revit-based projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and deliver successful projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
