The team is dedicated to supporting customers and support issues such as technical support, dimensioning of pumps, quotes in the Grundfos portfolio.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Act as a deputy to the Local CSSC Manager
- Oversee and record the daily resource of the CSSC team to ensure effective and productive coverage to ensure excellent customer service.
- Record daily activity of CSSC resource, such as holidays, sick days, reduced hours etc.
- Manage and coordinate the work allocation and prioritize across the business using relevant tools
- Support the management team with strategy deliveries and various sales activities
- Provide analytical reporting to ensure effective team management
- Create professional offers and quotations according to the customer requirements.
- Track offers and quotations according to sales guidelines.
- Follow up on pre-defined customer interactions within set SLA.
- Provide pricing and delivery information as requested.
- Identify new business opportunities and share any potential with a nominated colleague(s).
- Create, delete, and maintain customer contact data in the SAP CRM system.
- Enter, check, or release incoming orders, whether manual or electronic to ensure fast, accurate order management in line with world class customer service.
- Contact customers or internal stakeholders to resolve missing order data at the time of entry into SAP to enter an executable order.
- Record and action requests for customer product returns.
- Promote digital tools towards customers using templates (Chat, GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet, etc).
- Support in providing ad hoc tasks in CSSC such as pricing, master data, approval workflow, digital tools, etc.
- Follow all local guidance in relation to quality, environmental, sustainability, health, and safety.

**Your required skills and experience include**:

- Ideally an Associate’s or bachelor’s Degree within Customer Services and People Leadership experience (minimum 1-3 years)
- Previous experience and proven ability to support and develop a team
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years Grundfos CSSC experience
- Advanced knowledge and proven experience of customer Services, relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability with the customer
- Good knowledge of our business structure, processes, products, and key market needs to create a suitable customer centric experience
- Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English
