**About the job**:
As the technical lead at Convertedin, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, modular, and maintainable frontend solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes to maintain high code quality and productivity.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging frontend technologies and tools to enhance our development workflow and product capabilities.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ Years of experience in Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/Typescript.
- Experience leading and coaching front-end development teams.
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture patterns and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency in using Nrwl Nx for managing monorepos, code sharing, and enforcing consistent project structures.
- Strong understanding of web component standards and best practices, including Shadow DOM, Custom Elements, and HTML templates.
- Experience with state management libraries/frameworks such as NgRx.
