We are looking for a** Senior Hardware Engineer **to join our **Softmodels Memories Team **of MED Solutions, ICV-SVSD team in Cairo, Egypt.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding and executing JEDEC standards of memory Protocols.
- Design & Implement memories softmodels for emulation and Veloce environments.
- Develop and execute detailed block level and chip level digital designs.
- System level integration and running needed verification tasks on system level.
- Running and debugging simulation, emulation, and prototyping based verification environments.
- Running code check tools and code coverage tools and analyze reports.
- Run Synthesis of RTL code and analyze reports.
- Run static timing analysis and analyze reports.

**Required Experience/Skills**:

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- +3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Digital HW Design.
- Solid experience in Verilog and/or System Verilog.
- Hands on experience in FPGA design flow and Interfacing.
- Logic synthesis and synthesis report analysis knowledge.
- Knowledge of memory protocols (DRAM, SPI NOR, and Flash memories)
- Knowledge of Scripting Languages (Perl/Tcl) is a plus
- Prior Knowledge of Siemens Tools such as Simulation, Synthesis, or any Functional Verification Flows is a huge plus
- Highly proactive and wishing to work in a hands-on role from initial Spec through to support of deployment.
- Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share your knowledge with others.
