We're looking for a **Hardware Design Engineer** to join our forward thinking **Team** in **Cairo, Egypt**. This is role with a truly global scope, and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement of one our most important services.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Study and review standard specifications.
- Develop and execute detailed block level and chip level digital designs.
- Write and verify RTL code (Verilog/VHDL) for digital blocks.
- Run Synthesis of RTL code and analyze reports.
- Writing any required documentation.
- Run and debug the design on FPGA and Veloce Emulator.
- Integrate Software and Hardware components.

**Required skills, knowledge and experience**
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Excellent knowledge in Verilog HDL or VHDL.
- Strong knowledge in digital design.
- Preferred has good knowledge in System Verilog and verification methodologies (OVM / UVM / VMM).
- Preferred to have a good knowledge in scripting (Shell / Perl / Python).
- Has experience in C/C++ Programming is a huge plus
- Knowledge of Storage protocols like UFS, SAS, or similar is a plus.
- Prior knowledge in FPGA prototyping or emulation is preferred.
- Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share your knowledge with others.
