**THE ROLE**

We're looking for a travel enthusiast to relocate to Iceland to take on our Senior Branch Manager of our depot in** Reykjanesbær - Keflavík**. You'll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Operations Area Manager, being responsible for managing the branch, in diverse aspects such as logistics, fleet, bookings, customer service and workforce management, with the assistance of central teams, while assisting other depots.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Managing, training, and coaching your team and occasionally assisting training at other branches;
- Ensuring the profitability of the depot by guaranteeing compliance with the business plan, as well as controlling costs;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners;
- Monitoring assets and reducing fleet downtime;
- Overseeing daily operations and helping out whenever needed;
- Serving as a direct point of communication for any urgency or unforeseen event;
- Play an active role in process optimization.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- You have at least 2+ years of work experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced, operational environment;
- You're fluent in English (mandatory);
- You have a valid drivers license for Iceland;
- You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
- You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
- You're well-organised and you're good at solving problems.

**RELOCATION PACKAGE**
- You will be entitled to two flights per year, to and from Iceland;
- Package includes signing bonus or the option for Indie Campers to directly support your expenses with accomodation and the moving process, to help you settle in Iceland;
- You will be supported by our team regarding legal and administrative matters of settling in Iceland, e.g. obtaining a work permit and ID Number (kennitala).
