Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for cloud infrastructure migration projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Execute projects according to established methodologies and best practices, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of engineers, architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Technical Expertise:

- Good knowledge and understanding of cloud computing technologies, particularly AWS services and solutions.
- Help in evaluating existing infrastructure and develop migration strategies for the cloud.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance:

- Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with cloud projects and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Continuously assess project processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure and cloud for at least 2 years.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects within budget and schedule constraints.
- Strong knowledge of cloud concepts and basics.
- Good knowledge of DevOps, networking, security, and Machine Learning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Any AWS or Microsoft certification is a plus.
