**PROJECT MANAGER** - Egypt (Alexandria)

At Allendevaux & Company, we are building customer-focused teams that collectively provide expertise in data protection practice for our customers. As a project manager, you will communicate with staff and clientele in daily meetings, making decisions and monitoring the progress of projects, keeping deliverables on schedule and teams focused on priorities.

You will be working with a team of creative, supportive, data-driven engineers and practitioners. You will be both a contributor as well as a team member, but more than anyone else, your role is unique. You will sit between internal and external stakeholders, and you will also sit between senior management and cross-functional internal teams, having the opportunity to shape what project management and technical development look like within our company.

You will be managing several projects simultaneously.

Project Manager Responsibilities

As a role that focuses on completing a project as efficiently and promptly as possible, expect to see any of the following duties and responsibilities in a Project Manager job description:

- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Designing and signing-off on contracts
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Participating in tender process (i.e., design, submission and review)
- Designing risk mitigation plans
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Managing diverse teams

Project Manager Job Qualifications and Requirements

A great Project Manager usually has five or more years’ experience, and one or several formal qualifications. A Project Manager job description could include degrees in any of the following fields:

- Engineering
- IT or Computer Science
- Business or Business Administration
- Management

Additionally, Project Managers should possess high levels of the below skills to perform well in the role:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Leadership skills
- Big-picture thinking and vision
- Attention to detail
- Conflict resolution skills
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- O365 tools (workflow tools) is a plus

Location of Job Opportunity

This is a fully remote job, but to be located in Egypt. You must have adequate bandwidth to support daily video meetings, and an office environment that suppresses noise and promotes a professional environment.

Working Hours

Regardless of your location, this job supports UK business customer, and you will need to work UK business hours; please be prepared to work those hours.
