**Descripción del Trabajo**

Inspeccionar, reparar y mantener el sistema de calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado, el control de la calidad del aire y el equipo de refrigeración. Mantener y llevar a cabo inspecciones diarias de la planta mecánica. Vigilar y controlar la temperatura del hotel. Vigilar y analizar la utilización de energía y de servicios públicos. Calibrar todos los controles, indicadores, medidores, etc. Identificar, localizar y operar todas las válvulas de cierre. Ensamblar, instalar, probar y mantener los sistemas eléctricos o el cableado electrónico. Ensamblar, instalar y mantener el montaje de las cañerías, los accesorios, las válvulas, etc. Realizar el mantenimiento de rutina de la piscina y del spa.
