This Position reports to:
Responsable de service

You will supervise a team of Service Engineers and Service Technicians and contribute to the execution of the Service strategy and Service growth by focusing on delivering timely, high quality, cost effective service offerings, solutions and projects (e.g. field service, repair) for customers. Drive Service achievements through effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.

**You will be mainly responsible for**:

- Ensuring planning and execution of various Service activities carried out both off and on site. Driving and monitoring Service execution with respect to the agreed terms of schedule, quality, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Allocating, driving and monitoring work to projects based on order content, delivery time, competencies and workload. Effectively utilizing available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets (e.g. OTD, response time, ordered service offerings, update of installed based data).
- Ensuring work assignments are accurately classified as warrantee or non-warrantee status. Ensuring that materials and components to feed Service delivery are provided optimizing cost, stock and timing.
- Collaborating within local service units and with other Service teams to promote One ABB approach towards customers. Building sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction and retention together with Sales. Driving consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)).
- Ensuring compliance with Group health, safety and environmental directives, and ensuring instructions and regulations are implemented well within the team (including subcontractors), while monitoring and reporting progress and results. Assessing risks and safety hazards and implements actions to ensure people and equipment safety.
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, resourced and supervised. Ensuring all Field Service team members are certified in line with global certification and local regulations. Review competence levels to ensure each Service Engineer (including subcontractors) is appropriately qualified to handle jobs assigned to them.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Automation & Control.
- You have 2 to 6 years’ experience in Power systems.
- You possess knowledge about automation technologies to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts.
- You Understood & performed all Testing, commissioning, and Installation of ABB MV &LV Switchgears.
- Experienced in testing of protection relays like ABB relays, commissioning tests of protection relays for main and auxiliary.
- Experienced in testing & commissioning on CT's, VT's, C. B’s, DS's, ES's and bus bar in (115 kV, 33kV &13.8kV).
- You possess knowledge of Metering & transducers Programming & Testing etc.
