We are looking for a motivated and talented Lead Qualification Representative to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on program and outbound lead generation campaigns. This position requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills and tight collaboration with the Sales Executives to generate new opportunities. The SDR will be expected to report on qualification and call activity and stay thoroughly informed on all products and the dopay’s industry in general.
We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and product feedback back into the marketing and product teams and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.

**Responsibilities**:
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutionBuild long-term trusting relationships with prospectsProactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) and Sales Executives

Meet Productivity Goals

Retrieve Customer Information, and write clear notes and comments.

Diligently update the CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups.

Provide in depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos

Update the line manager with the FAQBe the company’s eye on the market, and report any relevant new information to the line manager

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in a similar role (cold calling / telesales)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
