**Job Purpose**
- To supervise and coordinate ramp operations, ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of aircraft in compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and airline requirements. The Ramp Team Leader ensures seamless communication with Load Control and dispatch, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of services to support on-time performance and operational excellence.**Key Result Responsibilities**
- Supervise the loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail on aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety standards, such as hold loading height limit, weight restriction, load segregations and airline requirements.
- Communicate quickly and efficiently with Load Control to address any issues during the loading/unloading process, ensuring on-time performance while maintaining safety standards.
- Responsible for Aircraft Marsahlling.
- Exchange the accurate loading information to the load controller/remote load control or update the load control system as required.
- Report final loading of aircraft to the load controller to Ensure the load sheet is in conformance with the final load status.
- Perform (if qualified) or supervise all ramp activities related to aircraft arrival/departure, including aircraft chocking, GPU/ACU/ASU supply, GSE operations, and walkaround checks.
- Conduct or ensure ground-to-flight deck headset communication during aircraft arrival and departure.
- Plan and oversee offloading/loading activities to ensure safe and efficient handling, achieving the on-time delivery of baggage and cargo.
- Supervise cabin loading when required, ensuring adherence to airline procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure that dangerous goods are loaded in accordance with prevailing regulations and customer requirements.
- Be in possession of offloading instructions, LDM and connection baggage details before the aircraft arrives to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the quick delivery of baggage to the transfer unit/drop-off point and facilitate tail-to-tail transfers as applicable.
- Key Result Responsibilities - Continued- Ensure the prompt delivery of cargo, special load to the warehouse or connecting flights in coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure to follow special handling guidance or requirement as applicable.
- Accurately and promptly complete Trip Files and other necessary forms/documentation as required by the customer airlines.
- Record ramp services accurately on charge notes, including the timing of various services provided.
- Monitor team adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following aircraft servicing guidelines.
- Perform regular inspections to maintain a clean, hazard-free ramp environment.
- Provide guidance and training to ramp agents to enhance operational efficiency and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Handle disciplinary issues and motivate team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Identifying and reporting all occurrences, hazards, operational irregularities, unsafe conditions or practices in a timely manner and be familiar with company SMS.
- Promote safety culture and continuously seeking ways to improve SMS and exercise SMS responsibilities

**Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)**
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Ability to communicate in English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with Load Controllers, dispatch, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by flight schedules.
- Physical fitness

**Work Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in ramp handling with an airline or ground handling provider. Certifications in ground handling or ramp operations are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of aircraft loading, weight and balance principles, ramp safety procedures, and dangerous goods regulations.
