Assist internal business users and provide production support for D365 F&O.
- Coordinate with IT department & external vendors if needed.
- Analyze internal business processes and ensure compliance to D365 processes as per business requirement.
- Design and provide support to all D365 workflows designs.
- Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for procedures and systems.
- Coordinate with various teams for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution.
- Maintain log for all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests.

**Required Qualification**:

- Expert Knowledge in D365 processes and workflows.
- Expert Knowledge in MS Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3-10 years of experience.

**Additional Experience: (is a plus)**
- Advanced Project Management Module (by To-Increase)
- Tableau

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
