**LOCATION**: Cairo, Egypt

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Provide customer and user technical support, and monitor system performance to ensure that software programs are operating optimally
- Work with analysts, IT professionals and other developers to coordinate the development process and meet project deadlines.
- Handle various support calls including after working hours emergencies
- Managing relationships and team working - able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people cross culturally i.e. USA and India.
- Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports
- Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming
- Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level
- Research and recommend software tools to management
- Review changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Experience developing web solutions in Drupal and PHP implementations in a LAMP environment
- Ability to implement enterprise Drupal solutions including data, display, and information architecture
- Advanced site-building experience including deep familiarity with Drupal modules
- Experience creating custom Drupal modules
- Experience building responsive websites using Drupal CMS, AngularJS, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Knowledge of PHP, PHP files and theme functions, and knowledge of the Drupal theme layer
- Good English written and spoken
- Flexibility - adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Planning and organizing - able to think ahead in order to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action
- Creative and Analytical thinking - able to simplify complex problems, processes or projects.
