**About the role**:
**Job Description**:

- Respond in Timely manner to the tickets & requests with respect to the SLA.
- Solve the basic Fusion Genergy tickets & routes the advanced one to the domains.
- Solve the simple Plazza threads and questions & tag the domains in the complex ones.
- Daily check the PoweBI report to make sure its updated as required
- Communicate with users via MS Teams & mails to guarantee issue solved properly

**About you**:
Professional Experience
- Fresh grad - up to 3 years + of professional experience

Essentials
- ERP (Oracle Fusion) experience.
- Nice to have Business Analysis.
- Nice to have PowerBI knowledge.
- Sense of troubleshooting.
