SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for rising talents like you to join our full-time permanent positions in our MEIA Graduate Program. Your journey in this program will consist of challenging & exciting tasks at work and your development will be accelerated through the formulation of a personal development plan, local or internal assignments, and focused training programs over the course of a year.

As an Interior Designer within our Retail Development team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining the Jotun standard concept across new and existing Retail Centers throughout Egypt. This will involve utilizing your creative expertise to design optimal layouts according to regional guidelines, as well as administering the upgrade of existing Retail Centre setups to ensure they meet Jotun standards. This is a remote position, travel throughout Egypt will be required; if travel is not possible, the role will be based out of our Cairo head office.

Job Description:

- Implement Jotun Shop Concepts for new retail outlets by overseeing the entire design and construction process to ensure Jotun standards are met.
- Monitor the implementation of the Jotun Shop Concept and evaluate existing retail shops according to regional decorative segment guidelines.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers’ showrooms to identify renovation opportunities, and design, and implement renovation plans accordingly.
- Administer the execution of shop upgrades by coordinating with the Decorative Retail Sales team and allocating necessary resources to achieve upgrade targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all newly launched products are properly displayed in our retail shops.
- Install and maintain Jotun shop signboards by coordinating with certified suppliers to maintain Jotun's reputation and image in the market.
- Engage in all marketing on-ground activities, product launches, and initiatives to ensure the successful execution and promotion of Jotun Egypt’s projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Qualifications Look For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or Architecture
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Skilled in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design software
