**What We Look For**

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for all brand design work, creating visual materials for multiple media platforms and brand touchpoints. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working under pressure and with cross-functional teams, while being proactive and taking initiative. You will play a vital role in visually representing the company's brand, creating engaging user experiences, and supporting marketing and sales efforts through impactful design materials.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating compelling visual designs for both digital and print media, including website graphics, social media content, marketing materials, infographics, and presentations.
- Developing and maintaining a strong visual brand identity that aligns with our values and target audience.
- Transforming complex data and information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and infographics for internal and external use.
- Designing brochures, flyers, business cards, and other promotional materials to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and short videos to convey information, demonstrate product features, or enhance marketing campaigns is a big plus.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition and unique selling points.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Coordinating with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of printed materials, maintaining brand standards and adhering to project timelines.
- Keeping up with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices within the logtech space to deliver innovative and impactful designs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company strategy.
- Keep track of industry and technology trends.
- Ability to find creative solutions to design challenges while considering the specific needs and constraints.
- Skill in translating complex data into visually engaging and understandable graphics, charts, and infographics.
- Strong understanding of typography principles and layout composition to create visually appealing and readable designs.
- An interest in the trade, logistics and transportation industry, understanding its challenges and trends, and incorporating relevant design strategies to address them effectively.
