Liaise with the project manager in building/negotiating the claims and variations with the client and subcontractors

Support the Project Manager to ensure the project is executed safely and properly

**Responsibilities**:

- Review Contractual Documents, Allocate Potential Risks, Provide Legal/Contractual advises during the tender Stage.
- Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
- Track the Contract's Detailed Anticipated Final Forecast Values, through Variation Orders, Site Instructions, Claims and Contractual Charges.
- Assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager to control and complete the project on time and within the approved budget.
- Perform Delay Analysis with the planners and advise/monitor the compliance to contracts’ requirements
- Work with project manager to make sure that terms, conditions and pricing, are accurately executed and satisfied in agreements
- Analyze any potential variations or extra activities, and estimate the related cost and time from contractual point of view.
- Conduct regular Sites Visit and cooperate with the Construction and Site Managers to collect the feedback data pertaining to the construction cost and schedule.
- Report status of current contract processes to the head of projects and prepare monthly project reports.
- Manage documentation paperwork related to projects’ contracts.
- Provide to the Project management all the required information to support decision-making activities.
- Develop a strong culture on Contract Management and Cost Control activities among Project Team

**Education**:
Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Electrical Engineering
