As our new Contract Manager, you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of Asset Management contracts, both small and large service orders along with service projects for our cement customers around the world. You will be responsible for navigating the orders and will use your project management and leadership skills to ensure timely delivery of projects: both on budget and with top-class quality.

**Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships- Driving and executing project deliverables- Managing FLSmidth specialists as well as the people on site- Ensuring and developing efficient processes and systems- Proactively follow up on planning, technical and contractual issues- Perform ongoing governance and risk management on your projects- Global governance on Asset Management execution
- You can expect 30-60 yearly travel days a year to visit customers, sites, contractors and our offices around the world._

What you bring- Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent in a related field- You have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an international environment with a successful track-record within heavy industrial markets- You have excellent people skills and a drive to create relationships, streamlining processes and contributing to business results- You have well developed stakeholder management skills from a large international organization- You have a solid contractual understanding and experience with client relations, just as you have a proven understanding of risk and how to mitigate it- You have a positive personality that motivates your team and you enjoy working in a multicultural environment- You speak and write English fluently and it would be an advantage if you also speak French but also Spanish or Arabic is valued.
