**About the Job**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **IT Specialist**a solid background in software development, strong business acumen, and proven team leadership skills. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with management capabilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT software development, foster technical team growth, and align services with evolving customer needs. You will operate in an international environment, overseeing both technical operations and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Ensure the organization hires the right technical talent.
- Lead and develop employees and teams to meet current and future customer needs.
- Oversee the core elements of a professional IT operation, including infrastructure, licenses, and methodologies.
- Participate in customer projects when required, such as code reviews, architecture design, and technical consultancy.
- Collaborate closely with customers, offering technical insights and building strong business relationships.
- Identify challenges and risks, and address them with creativity, initiative, and determination.
- Work independently with a high level of energy and focus, while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 2 to 3 years of experience in IT (Helpdesk, infrastructure, and cloud solutions) preferably in a software development environment
- This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication in English **is a Must.**:

- Strong knowledge of hardware systems including servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and management, with using firewalls from vendors such as Sonic wall or Fortinet.
- Experience with network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
- Familiarity with internet connectivity technologies such as VPNs, LAN, and WAN.
- Knowledge of information security best practices and familiarity with security tools such endpoint protection.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Expertise in managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with various operating systems like (Windows, macOS, Linux,.).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Good organization, time management, and prioritization.
