**About the Role**
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools to streamline the recruitment process
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and networking events
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
- Stay informed about job market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition

**What do we need from you**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Regional experience in Engineering field
- 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Engineering industry
- Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Demonstrated experience in employer branding and social media recruiting
- Knowledge of local job market trends and competitor landscape
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
