Job Summary:
We’re looking to hire a Reception Manager for Mercedes Benz to manage the execution of agreed services and maintenance plans, in terms of volumes and timely delivery, ensuring full adherence to Abou Ghaly Motors’ quality & safety standards, achieve high customer satisfaction index and improve customer retention rates. S/he will ensure the reception area is always ready to receive customers, handle customers’ issues and complaints with the team and other departments to deliver the best possible service outcome, and generate new accounts. The Reception Manager will lead a team of Service Advisors to guarantee the efficiency of the reception process and standards. S/he will help build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, manage, solve conflicts with Service Advisors and conduct performance appraisals sessions of his/her direct reports in due time.

Qualifications:

- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
- From 5 to 7 years of experience, (preferred certified MB or German Automotive experience)
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities while meeting deadlines
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
