Data Management Platform Manager

Develop target audiences for each campaign based on the mindsets and motivations of the final consumer that has been identified
- Lead junior team members (1-2 specialists) in day-to-day executions
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment; very strong organizational and communication skills are a must
- Recommend forward thinking strategies and innovations
- Analyze the performance of each audience through testing and make optimization recommendations of the data sets when necessary to improve performance
- Work with the data management platform and analytics team to deliver holistic insights and campaign learnings mid and post campaign flight
- Accurately disseminate the audience requests during the media planning process
- Manage Data Management Platforms (DMPs) such as Lotame, Permutive or similar to facilitate tapping into unique first party, second party and third party audiences to then be layered into Paid Social, Programmatic and Direct Publisher platforms
- Deploy the right audience again each unique brand/title
- Understand and interpret human behavior and mindsets as it pertains to media targeting and flighting of campaigns (crucial to understand who is consuming and when)

**Qualifications**:

- 3-4+ years of experience working in publisher, media agencies, media technology platform or general advertising agency
- Understanding of the DSP, SSP, DMP ecosystem - prefer experience actually working in-platform
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- MUST love and be curious about data analytics, and how that affects the bottom line
- Well versed in the Google suite
- Professional client communication, both written and verbal
- English/Arabic is a must
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
- Ability to proactively organize daily tasks
- Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Drive, ability to manage details, meticulousness
