**About the Job**:
Our client's suite of platform tools is enabling outstanding and ambitious sellers, marketplaces, and brands to scale and reach their customers exactly where they are. As a Product Manager in the Platform and Growth team, you will directly influence long-term product strategy and own the growth and success of various high-value platform experiences.

Product managers to be involved in the product development planning and execution of the full product life cycle for the Platform and Growth team.
**Responsibilities**
- Define, prioritize, and scope product efforts related to new features for existing products as well as completely new product offerings.
- Work closely with engineering and design to generate thorough product requirements materials.
- Help define the product organization’s role within the company, determine the product approval process as well as the desired interaction with design and engineering teams.
- Lead sprint planning and work with engineering to actively manage team progress against plans.
- Conduct user research (both quantitative and qualitative) and lead efforts to gather customer feedback.
- Support and articulate the short and long-term product strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
- Partner with other Product Managers to ensure learnings are leveraged across other Product areas and used to drive goals for those workstreams.
- Establish key performance metrics across platforms, and develop long-term strategies and features to improve them.
- Help with shaping the creation of internal shared platforms, APIs, and growth funnels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root problems and determine solutions.
- Shape experimentation using online and offline strategies to maximize quick learnings and long-term technical development.
**Qualifications**
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong skills with standard product and agile project management tools such as JIRA.
- Comfortable implementing tasks using scrum methodologies.
- Strong skills with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Tableau for funnel analysis.
- Experience running user experiments and research.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams, including engineering, business, and operations.
- Ability to take extreme ownership of tasks, impact, and relationships.
**Bonus Points**
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques using onsite and offsite experiences.
- Understanding of regression, full system, and release testing.
- Basic understanding of Rest APIs and Python frameworks.
- Basic understanding of Plugins related to e-commerce platforms.
- Professional interest or background in data science and machine learning
- Strong command of high converting design decision-making.
- A degree in a technical field such as computer science or Math.
