**Are you an established Poultry R&D Consultant who wants to manage your own team in the Vaccine Development industry?**

Invenia Group is working with an established partner in the human pharmaceutical manufacturing market, which is now expanding into the Animal Health industry. We are looking to recruit an expert R&D Consultant, who is capable of managing a team of researchers, and following the development process to market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, supportive team of experts, where you can make a mark on the animal health industry whilst sculpting and heading your own team.

Our client has been successful in the Human Health market for 25 years, developing vaccines for various therapeutic classes including Neurology, Psychiatry, Cardiovascular, Orthopaedics, GIT, Paediatrics, Urology, and Dermatology. After a successful domestic trial, they are now moving forward with developing and manufacturing Avian Flu Vaccines, aiming for the market within 2-3 years.

**Role responsibilities**:
If successful, you will head a team of researchers, and monitor milestones, critical success factors, and key performance indicators for project evaluation. You will use your expertise to broaden your team’s perspective of other disciplines and novel technologies that will enhance the firm’s poultry vaccine project, as well as the following:

- Continually manage all projects that lead to vaccine projects from research right through to the end product
- Conveying the company’s vision and mission to department members.
- You will be required to spend the majority of your time at the client’s base in Cairo, for the first few months, with around 50% on-site thereafter for the duration of the project

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone with 15+ years of experience in Research & Development related to Poultry Vaccines in particular. You should be flexible to travel between Egypt and your home country according to business needs. (All travel expenses and accommodation covered) and possess the following skills:

- Masters & PhD or any related study in Animal Health and Vaccines (are preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with start-ups (preferable)
