You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. **Key Accountabilities**: - Develop and communicate the company's strategic direction, goals, and objectives. - Identify growth opportunities, diversification strategies, and market expansion initiatives. - Collaborate with the Board to ensure alignment with the company's long-term vision. - Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including service delivery, quality control, and cost management. - Implement efficient processes and systems to optimize service delivery and resource allocation. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay competitive and drive continuous improvement. - Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts. - Ensure financial sustainability through revenue growth and cost management. - Foster financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. - Anticipate client needs and tailor services to meet their evolving requirements. - Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. - Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. - Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and employee engagement. - Ensure the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Identify and mitigate risks, implementing effective risk management strategies. - Represent the company at industry events and in the media. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**: **We Are Looking For**: - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 15+ Years of experience in Facility Management Industry, 5 of them in a senior executive leadership. - Strong understanding of facility management services " Hard and soft services", industry trends, and emerging technologies. - Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. - Exceptional financial acumen and budget management skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve company goals. - A track record of driving growth and delivering results.
