- Perform **routine inspections** and **preventive maintenance** on all devices.
- Maintain **accurate logs** of **technical faults**, **repairs**, and **maintenance schedules**.
- Assist in installing **new devices** and **technologies**.
- Guarantee the **safe transportation** of equipment and work involves **physical setup** and **lifting of equipment**.
- **Coordinate** with event **planners**, **production teams**, and **developers** to ensure smooth on-site setup and operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Graduate degree with proven experience (3+ years) in **AV or IT operation** and **maintenance**:

- **Hands-on experience with PC management and networking (LAN/WAN, routers, IP addressing).**:

- Well **organized** and **backing-up** capabilities.
- Excellent **problem-solving skills** and **attention** to detail.
- Strong **communication** and **teamwork** abilities.
- **Flexible hours** including **evenings**, **weekends**, and events as required.
