**Job duties**
- Achieve the company’s sales objectives for the assigned district (area).
- Supervise Sales or Medical
- Implement marketing plans to meet company objectives of sales in the
- Manage and guide the activities of his/her sales team to ensure the best use of their time, enhance their efficiency and ensure that their selling efforts are focusing on a predetermined list of prioritized objectives.
- Develop systems that will enhance efficiency, analyze the activities and ensure proper feedback (i.e. call reporting system, call planning, and customer tracking).
- May personally negotiate large sales
- Assigns sales territory to the sales personnel and analyzes statistics to ensure the proper deployment of his sales team.
- Assist or participate in developing sales campaigns, seminars & symposia to accommodate the company’s goals.
- The study, analyze the market and watch closely the competition, report findings to his boss and other concerned departments.
- Develop communication channels with his team and other departments and improve the quality of ongoing
- Analyze sales periodically with the report showing sales volume and potential sales
- Controls expenditures according to budgetary
- Participate in the recruiting procedure and initial training
- Develops excellent relationships with his team as a kind of motivation
- Business generation through effective marketing and sales
- Maintain a comprehensive and classified list of physicians, hospitals, and paramedical contacts, updated constantly.
- Assists the Area Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Assist his manager to gather information such as selling strategies and marketing
- Appraise continuously the medical representative to control their performance
- Attends and participates in all relevant districts, regional and national
**Qualifications, experience, and skills required**
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, veterinary medicine or
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful, and results-oriented sales force.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market
- Self-driven and resulted oriented and able to lead a sales
- Strong verbal & communications
