Today, we are recruiting for an **Information Management Assistant **to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
**What are my responsibilities?**
- Support the Information Manager and control user access.
- Ensure the accuracy of data management across multiple tools.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of information management in project management and system engineering disciplines.
- Support the development and implementation of information management practices, including tools, guidelines, and procedures.
- Ensure allocation of appropriate attributes for at least all strategic information assets.
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify areas in which effective information management can lead to overall business improvement.
- Support maintenance in the project-wide project data structure database and the corresponding guidelines and ensure that it is consistently applied throughout all relevant processes and tools across the project.
- Administrate the collaboration platform Oracle Aconex and provide user support and interfaces with all stakeholders participating in the platform.
- Provide regular guidance to the project team on project-wide data storage and information sharing.
- Responsible for the regular User Management
**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- From 0 - 3 years of work experience.
- Preferable work experience in infrastructure projects.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and security principles
- Good knowledge in core project management and engineering processes e.g.: Document Mgmt., Requirement Mgmt., Scheduling, Interface Mgmt., Configuration Mgmt., etc.
- Strong analytical, technical, functional, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle Aconex, IBM DOORS, Oracle Primavera, Tableau, Power BI, Mendix, Office 365 tools (e.g.: Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.)
- Fluent English written and spoken.
