**Requirements**:

- MS Dynamics CE experience (Certifications a plus).
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems.
- Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and project management skills
- Problem-solving orientation with the ability to define cross-functional processes and systems requirements to drive efficiency, clarity & accuracy.
- Very strong communication Ability to articulate concepts to engage cross-functional partners on decisions, priorities, and action plans
- Self-motivated with a desire to innovate and improve on the current state.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, interpersonal and team participation skills are a must
