**Job Summary**:
The Contract Manager is responsible for negotiating, finalizing, and overseeing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with legal standards. This role includes reviewing contract terms, administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, monitoring compliance, and managing change orders and claims. The Contract Manager serves as the main point of contact for contractual issues, collaborates with project teams to clarify obligations, and prepares reports on contract performance. Additionally, the role involves identifying risks, addressing disputes, and liaising with legal counsel as needed to facilitate successful contract execution and project delivery.

Location: 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt
**Education Background**:
- Degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
**Desired Qualifications and Skills**:
- Experience and courses in contract law, Subcontract formation, administration, claims, cost, and scheduling.
- Technical and administrative knowledge of all phases of Fixed Price, Unit Price, and Cost Reimbursable contract management.
- Thorough knowledge of field and home office activities relating to contract documents.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Skill in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups such as Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Legal, and Accounting, as well as with contractors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, professional and proactive approach to mitigation of contract administration challenges and inherent business risks.
- Knowledge of negotiations, accounting, or cost engineering gained through education or experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of the project functional groups and company policies, procedures, and work practices, as well as associated software systems.
- Experience with and knowledge of Field Supply Chain operations particularly about Supply Chain operations at temporary operating and job site locations, including Construction execution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the EPC industry and supply chain. Possesses extensive knowledge of Subcontract management functions and work experience of a progressively responsible nature.
- Requests appropriate support when required.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and assess contract terms for alignment with project goals.
- Oversee administration of contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure a clear understanding of contractual obligations.
- Serve as a point of contact for contractual issues and questions.
- Identify potential risks related to contracts and develop strategies to address them.
- Proactively manage change orders and claims to minimize project disruptions.
- Prepare and present reports on contract performance and compliance to stakeholders.
- Keep all relevant parties informed of contract status and updates.
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with legal counsel on contractual matters as needed.
- Address and resolve any disputes or issues related to contract performance.
- Facilitate negotiation sessions or mediation when necessary.
