**About the role**

As a Facility Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering best-in-class facility management practices, ensuring alignment with E&PS (Engineering and Project Services) global service standards and specific Business Unit requirements. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities aimed at maintaining a high-quality operational environment while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations.

- Proficiency in managing operational and capital budgets.
- Project management, change management, coordination, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Supervisory, personnel administration and contract administration skills.
- Working knowledge of real estate and/ or building engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements and expectations including OIMS and CIMS requirements.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Native or mother tongue proficiency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with local staff, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

**What you will be doing**

You will be responsible for the following:
**Team Leadership and Development**: Lead, motivate, and set goals for the E&PS facility team to build a high-performance, results-oriented organization. Drive E&PS business objectives and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

**Safety and Compliance Management**: Implement and oversee site safety, health, environmental, and security systems, including OIMS and CIMS, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements. Champion the Loss Prevention System (LPS) for both employees and contractors.

**Budget Management**: Oversee operations and projects, managing both operational and capital expenditure to stay within budgetary constraints.

**Tenant Services and Performance Monitoring**: Manage tenant services and track key performance indicators and service statistics to align with E&PS standards and Business Unit expectations.

**Asset Management**: Optimize facility asset value through best practices in operations and maintenance, including energy efficiency and environmental programs such as recycling.

**Best Practices Development**: Develop and implement best practice facility management services through benchmarking, networking, and utilizing internal resources.

**Personnel Development and Labor Relations**: Manage staff development and labor relations to foster a productive work environment.

**Records Management Support**: Provide support and guidance for facility records management activities as needed.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Serve as the primary contact for site Business Units, coordinate with GRE on real estate matters, and facilitate interactions with centralized E&PS services such as Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), Controllers, Center of Excellence (CoE), and Planning.
