- Senior to Group Architect with the ability to supervise juniors and be responsible for reviewing the technical accuracy of the deliverables.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Takes responsibility for checking juniors' work for quality project delivery.
- Takes ownership of the delivery of smaller projects or single discipline tasks.
- A key performer in interdisciplinary coordination.
- Cross-check the design/ scheme for compliance and verify consultant information.
- Ability to liaise with clients and contractors to design as per the client's brief in compliance with the local planning policy guidelines and recommendations of statutory authority.
- Review the project-related technical documents.
- Responsible for deriving the strategy to set up the project in a manner relevant to the forthcoming stages of work.

**Core Requirements**:

- B.Arch. Graduates with above 12 years of relevant work experience. Master (M. Arch) is preferable.
- Advanced knowledge of the sequence of the construction and the usage of different elements within the framework and competent with the technical terms of building elements.
- Full understanding of RIBA Stages of Work.
- Demonstrates good coordination ability to address the needs and requirements of other disciplines.

**PROJECT TOOLS**:

- REVIT.
- Navis works - Dynamo.
- AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, Indesign, Enscape (preferred).
