Imperium Group is seeking a skilled an
Architect
to contribute to the design and technical development of architectural projects. This role focuses on producing high-quality design solutions, preparing detailed architectural documentation, and ensuring technical accuracy and coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility with technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development
;

  • Develop and refine architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design solutions aligned with project briefs.
  • Produce drawings, 3D models, diagrams, and presentation materials to clearly communicate design intent.
  • Ensure designs are functional, innovative, and feasible within project parameters.

Technical Documentation:

  • Prepare, review, and validate detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  • Ensure documentation is technically accurate, coordinated with internal teams, and compliant with codes and regulations.
  • Provide guidance to junior design staff to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Project Coordination & Support:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including structural, MEP, and interior design, to ensure integrated and coordinated project documentation.
  • Support project managers and design leads in design reviews, technical validation, and documentation quality control.
  • Maintain complete and organized project documentation, including revisions and drawings.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct design and documentation reviews to ensure adherence to company standards and project requirements.
  • Implement best practices in design and technical delivery across projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Architecture.
  • 4–8 years
    of professional architectural experience, with proven expertise in design and technical documentation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, technical detailing, and completed projects.
  • Proficient in
    AutoCAD
    ,
    Revit
    ,
    SketchUp
    ,
    Adobe Creative Suite
    , and other industry-standard tools.
  • Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and material specifications.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of design quality and technical accuracy.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.
