**What we’re looking for**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Software & Systems Oversight**:

- Support implementation and tracking of software systems for ticketing, spending, attendee management, and websites.
- Follow up on all existing software solutions to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Maintain and improve technical frameworks, platforms, and tools used across the organization.

**Database & Web Development**:
**Project & Technical Management**:

- Manage technical projects including resource planning, timelines, and team coordination.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and ensure appropriate technology is applied.

**Infrastructure & Architecture**:

- Plan and verify network and system architecture including servers, NOS, storage, and network protocols.
- Configure standalone systems and client-server environments.

**Team & Process Leadership**:

- Ensure teams follow the most effective methodologies and technologies for development.
- Align team capabilities with project requirements, overseeing delivery and issue resolution.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software principles, development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Proven track record of managing software teams and delivering successful projects across varied domains.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide technical teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
- High adaptability and resilience to respond to the evolving needs of the tech and software landscape.
- Excellent analytical thinking and technical planning abilities.
