Human Capital Assistant Manager

**Role Purpose**:

- The Assistant Manager - Human Capital is responsible for assisting the Human Capital Manager for all Admin and Human Capital related responsibilities by following all internal policies and procedures.**Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
**Recruitment**
- Support recruitment requisitions and coordinate with the Head Office to fulfil recruitment requirements
- Communicate internal transfers between business units and aid logístical requirements
- Participate in the on boarding and induction process for all employees

**Employee Relations and Administration**
- Address employee concerns; investigate grievances and take necessary action to manage employee relations
- Contribute to the efficient delivery of HC services to employees, in cooperation with the Head Office
- Aid in the implementation of policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety and security, for accommodation facilities in order to maintain adherence to organizational requirements
- Manage compliance of transportation vendors to agreed terms in line with established guidelines
- Manage employee uniforms and attendance in the stores and ensure proper related documentation

**Training and Performance**
- Assist in coordinating training programs with internal stakeholders and other training providers to ensure employee talent development

**Human Capital Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
- Provide training and feedback to direct reportees when required

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**:
**Minimum Qualifications/education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management***

**Minimum experience**
- 2+ years in Human Capital Department

**Skills**
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Good time management skills
- Good problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Business communication and presentation skills
