We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our overall marketing efforts. As a Marketing Specialist at ZANDAUX, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing plans aimed at achieving targets from brand awareness to product promotion. We are looking for a competent professional who can grasp market trends, generate creative ideas, and implement specialized marketing concepts effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
- Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising, and event planning.
- Collaborate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts with internal teams.
- Analyze marketing data to shape future marketing strategies.
- Undertake individual tasks of the marketing plan as assigned.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing (SEO/Social media, etc.), and market research methods.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and web analytics tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools (e.g., Dreamweaver) desired.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Commercial awareness combined with a creative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Relevant experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.

**This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at ZANDAUX.**

Pay: Up to E£20,000.00 per month
