As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet user needs.

Please note that this role requires to **work from** **office and no remote /hybrid work option** is available.

**Working days : Monday - Thursday : 8 AM - 5 PM & Friday : 8 AM - 12 PM**

**Office location : Business Festival Park, Cairo**

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Creates innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design challenges, including mobile, desktop, hardware interfaces, physical environments, and person-to-person interactions.
- Assesses and optimizes the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.
- Quickly iterates on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details.
- Presents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Works alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle.

**Requirements**:
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Fluent in user-centered design best practices
- Understanding of interaction design principles
- Experience in design thinking methods and processes
- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate it into digital experiences
- Knowledge of industry tools: Presentation programs (Keynote, Powerpoint); UX design programs ( **Figma (mandatory)**, Sketch, Adobe, Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator); analytics tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Build, maintain, and evolve the company’s design system, including UI components, patterns, and visual language.
- Experience designing and shipping products for web or mobile
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions
