**Responsibilities**:
▪ Conduct user research and gather insights to inform user-centered design decisions.

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and prioritize features and functionality.

▪ Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the functionality and user experience of the product.

▪ Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.

▪ Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs, maintaining a cohesive and high-quality user experience.

▪ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and usability.

▪ Advocate for the user, ensuring that design decisions are rooted in user needs and goals.

▪ Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are efficiently implemented and visually consistent across platforms and devices.

▪ Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences.

▪ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects.

▪ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

**Skills**:▪ Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

▪ Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

▪ Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple devices and multiple platforms.

▪ Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

▪ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.

▪ Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

▪ Familiarity with user research methods and tools is a plus.

▪ Experience with motion design and animation is a plus.

▪ Experience with Photoshop is a plus.

▪ Experience with Webflow is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 4 per week

- Bachelor's (preferred)
