**Duties**:

- Collaborate with the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Design and develop test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- Log, track, and manage defects and issues throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to provide input on testing efforts and communicate test progress.
- Analyze test results and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and present findings to management.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, and test cycles, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality control to continuously improve processes and procedures.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer in a software development environment.
- Mobile Testing Experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including manual and automated testing techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools, such as JIRA, TFS, or similar.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Katalon is a big plus.
- Provin experience in Agile development methodologies.

**Non-technical requirements**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify defects and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
- Train and mentor junior quality control engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Minimum of three years' senior leadership experience would be preferable to be able of effectively leading a team of one or two resources.
