**We're hiring a Junior QC engineer to be outsourced for one of our clients, A two-sided media network in which physical retailers use Intouch Live to enroll their in-store screens, and advertisers use Intouch Ads to buy ad slots on these same screens, Digital retailers use data to study shoppers’ online behavior, predict their needs, and eliminate any friction points in the decision-making process. As a result, they provide shopping journeys that are very low on cognitive stress and therefore high on conversions/revenue. The problem is that digital-born retailers are moving to the offline world to increase their market share, and physical retailers are lacking the technology to compete with the complex data models digital ones have.**

**What will I be doing?**
- Develop and execute manual tests cases and test automation scripts
- Investigate the product and effectively identify where breakage may occur
- Perform all testing activities, including bug reporting and retesting, root-cause analysis, regression testing, and acceptance testing
- Review functional specifications and participate in the product design process
- Work with the quality lead to plan testing activities and best practices
- Consistently work on improving quality aspects, test process, and infrastructure
- Receive and handle issues reported internally or externally

**What skills do I need?**
- 1-2 years of experience as a Software Quality/Testing Engineer
- B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other related field
- Experience in writing professional and clear bug reports and test cases and defining severity and priority for defects
- Experience in testing web
- Experience in using Shaft_Engine Automation Testing is preferred
- Experience in using TFS as a bug-tracking tool
- Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of ISTQB (certificate is preferable)
- Excellent knowledge of testing types like (functional, non-functional, smoke testing, confirmation, and regression testing)
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
