**Social Media Manager - Join Our Creative Force**
Are you passionate about shaping digital conversations, curating standout content, and building a brand voice that connects? MK for Marketing and Sales Solutions LTD is looking for a strategic and hands-on **Social Media Manager** to take our social media presence to the next level.

**About the Role**:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead content planning, community engagement, and platform strategy across all key channels. From visual storytelling to real-time audience interaction, you’ll ensure our brand stays sharp, relevant, and consistent—every single day.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Own weekly and monthly content planning across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure brand voice and visual alignment in all social content.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-impact visuals and messaging—especially for campaigns and top-priority initiatives.
- **Attend or monitor content creation sessions as needed** to ensure creative execution aligns with planned strategy and quality standards.
- Schedule all posts weekly every Monday to maintain consistency and timing accuracy.
- Respond to all DMs, comments, and inquiries (across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp) from Monday to Friday to keep our community connected and heard.
- Monitor social trends, industry shifts, and platform updates—bring fresh ideas to the table regularly.
- Launch and track campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and growth.
- Analyze performance data (engagement rates, impressions, CTRs) and report insights with recommendations.

**You’re a Great Fit If You Have**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
- Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and other major platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a sharp creative eye.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar schedulers.
- A proactive mindset—you plan ahead, think strategically, and execute reliably.
- Availability to monitor and respond to community interactions six days a week.
